Carl A. Calvert
Mr. Calvert’s practice since 1977 has been primarily construction related, representing general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, design professionals and owners. He is a fellow of the American College of Construction Lawyers. He has served as the chairperson for Division Nine (Specialty Trade Contractors & Suppliers) of the ABA Forum on the Construction Industry, the New Mexico chairperson for the ABA Public Contracts Section and as a chairman of the American Subcontractors Association Attorneys Council. He is an active arbitrator with the Large Complex Case Panel of the American Arbitration Association. Michael F. Menicucci
Mr. Menicucci is an attorney with the law firm of Calvert Menicucci, P.C. in Albuquerque, New Mexico. For the past 27 years he has practiced primarily in the areas of construction law, bankruptcy related to contractors and the construction industry, mediation, complex construction claim mediation, arbitration and environmental remediation. He received his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of New Mexico. Mr. Menicucci is a member of the American Bar Association, and the State Bar of New Mexico. He is on the Steering Committee for Division 5 (Contract negotiations performance& Administration) of the ABA Forum on the Construction Industry. He represents owners, contractors, sub-contractors, material suppliers, architects and engineers in all areas related to construction matters, including licensing , contract negotiations, pre-bid, bidding, contract progress, dispute resolution, delay analysis, close out and final payment.
Sean R. Calvert
Mr. Calvert practices exclusively in the areas of construction and intellectual property law. He received his B.A. and J.D. degrees from Santa Clara University. He is a member of the New Mexico State Bar, California State Bar, and American Bar Associations (Intellectual Property Law, Tort and Insurance Practice Section, and Forum on the Construction Industry). He served on the board of directors of the New Mexico Chapter of the American Subcontractors Association as its Government Relations Chair between 2000 and 2001. John W. Rebstock
Mr. Rebstock’s practice is concentrated in construction-related matters. He is a Registered Professional Engineer, licensed in Texas, with extensive experience in the design and construction of industrial and public works projects, ranging from refineries and chemical plants to highways and mass transit facilities. He is a member of the American Arbitration Association’s Panel of Arbitrators, the American Bar Association and the State Bar of New Mexico. He represents owners, contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, architects and engineers in all areas related to construction, including bids, contracts, claims, dispute resolution and final payment. Eric K. Gilbert
Mr. Gilbert is an associate attorney with the firm. His practice is concentrated in construction-related matters. He was previously In-House Counsel for the firm of Van H. Gilbert Architect, P.C. He received his B. A. degree in Communications and Rhetorical Studies from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and his Juris Doctor degree from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. He is a member of the New Mexico Bar, the Albuquerque Bar, the American Bar Association and the American Bar Association Forum on the Construction Industry.
